Many people are caught in a trap when it comes to getting fit and healthy. At the beginning of every new year, they make resolutions about losing weight, eating better, living healthier, going to the gym, etc. For the vast majority of these folks, by January 15th their resolutions are distant memories.
Some people make it to February with their promises to get fit. By April, most individuals who resolved to improve their bodies see their resolutions in the rearview mirror of broken promises to self.
